At K2SM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your snowboard, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process easy.
Return Period
You may return your snowboard within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition for Returns
- The snowboard must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Returns of used, damaged, or altered products will not be accepted.
Return Process

- We will provide you with instructions on how to ship your snowboard back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned snowboard, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your snowboard for a different model or size, please follow the return process first and then place a new order.
