Return Policy

At K2SM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your snowboard, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process easy.

Return Period
You may return your snowboard within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition for Returns

  • The snowboard must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Returns of used, damaged, or altered products will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship your snowboard back to us.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned snowboard, we will process your refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange your snowboard for a different model or size, please follow the return process first and then place a new order.
